about us

The Greenhouse is the space we desperately wanted to exist as we navigated the first 10-15 years of our own creative careers and businesses.

As creative humans always hunting for tools and support to achieve our wildest goals within sustainable structures, we kept finding courses, memberships, and workshops—plenty that was useful, but never quite what we needed.

So we built it ourselves, for us and for you:

A space where brilliant creatives with big dreams are supported within flexible systems to turn ideas into income, inconsistent progress into sustainable momentum, and visions into reality.

The Greenhouse is the community where your ambition isn't too much. Your ideas aren't too wild. Your belief in earning a living from creative work is completely founded.

We combine powerful frameworks, accountability, encouragement, and a community of generous, brave creatives building the kinds of businesses and careers they previously thought were 'too much'.

We're not about burn-out and hustle. We're about action backed by resources. Big moves backed by smart strategy. Meaningful income that grows as you desire it to.

This is where your creative work stops being a 'someday' dream and becomes your actual reality.

Cristel Smith agüero

Cristel is a Multidisciplinary Creative, Marketing Generalist and Professional Dreamer with a deep passion for living a life of freedom, fulfilment and self-expression (and helping others do the same).

With more than a decade in creative industries working with international brands as well as one-woman-bands, from advertising and experiential events to mindfulness and coaching, she brings a rare blend of visionary thinking and artistic instinct to everything she touches.

What fuels her is helping fellow multi-passionate creatives carve out their unique path despite society’s pressures to pick from a pre-determined list.

So whether you’re an artist emerging from the creative closet, a first-time founder, a jack-of-all-trades freelancer, or someone who’s just starting to believe it’s possible to live a fruitful creative life - Cristel has a knack for giving shape to abstract ideas and encouraging you to dream even bigger.

She's built brands, launched communities, and created experiences that support people to pursue a life of creativity, variety and alignment.

Outside of her work with the Greenhouse, Cristel works with a variety of clients across branding, web, marketing, UGC & social media projects and is building her personal platform under her name — a space where she explores life as a “frolicking fairy”, shares her journey of living away from home, being multi-passionate, dance, travel, creativity and identity.

She invites others to live more consciously and courageously. She’s currently leaning into more personal creative expression: playing with performance, movement & art alongside her digital work.
