I'm Cristel Smith Agüero - creative coach, multi-passionate creative, marketing freelancer, professional accountability partner & project finishing fairy.

I have 10+ years in creative industries, 7+ years running successful creative businesses, plus I'm a qualified life coach, mindfulness practitioner & meditation teacher.

what it would cost to hire these services separately

  • The $800 end is for group programs or junior coaches. The $30k end is for high-ticket, results-based executive coaching where the coach is "guaranteeing" revenue growth.

  • $600 is for a "strategy call" or basic audit. $8,000 is for a high-end agency retainer to build/optimize a site and brand ecosystem.

  • $500 is for a "task-master" VA. $10,000 is for a "Fractional COO" who manages the business operations, P&L, and team.

  • $200 gets you access to a plan and a Slack channel; $900 gets you 1:1 check-ins and direct but non-specialised support.

  • $140 gets you a custom Notion template from Etsy, $3,000 gets you a specialist operation system built (I paid for this once and though pricey, I now use what I learnt to build yours)

8 weeks of these combined the absolute minimum would be:
